Dinner Parties & Lunch Socials

The Dining Room

Step into the heart of the house – our beautifully designed Grand Dining Room. With bold botanical wallpaper, elegant chandeliers, and a long table that comfortably seats up to 26 guests (extendable to 32 for larger groups), this space is perfect for gathering, celebrating, and connecting. It offers the right balance of sophistication and warmth, making it equally suited to business functions and private occasions.

During the day, the Grand Dining Room transforms into a bright and professional space for board meetings, strategy sessions, or client presentations. Many corporate groups use it for lunch meetings where a working agenda is paired with freshly prepared platters or a light buffet. With reliable Wi-Fi and AV equipment available on request, you can run a productive meeting while enjoying the comfort of a private, central Brighton location.

In the evening, the dining room provides an impressive setting for private dinners and social gatherings. Companies often choose a chef-catered meal or relaxed sharing platters, creating a chance for colleagues or delegates to connect outside the meeting room. Whether it’s a formal multi-course dinner or a more casual networking event, the space adapts easily to the tone of your occasion.

Split level living room with lots of seating

Split-Level Dining Room

Our split-level living room offers a flexible environment for corporate groups who want a more relaxed setting alongside formal sessions. Located on the ground floor, the two-tier layout naturally creates two zones within one space — ideal for breakout discussions, parallel small-group work, or informal team conversations.

It’s also well-suited for hosting drinks receptions, icebreaker activities, or evening entertainment, giving your group a versatile area to socialise and connect outside the meeting room. Generous seating and a large screen add practicality, making the space adaptable for both work and downtime.

Designed with bold wallpaper, statement chandeliers and polished wooden floors, the room balances character with professionalism. Bright, open and flexible, it’s a practical hub for teams who need space to collaborate and recharge. And of course, as the property’s main living room, it provides a central space for overnight groups to gather outside of meetings.

Breakfast room and breakout area

Breakfast Room & Breakout Area

Located on the basement level next to the kitchen, the breakfast room offers a private and practical space for smaller groups. With a table seating up to six, it’s ideal for morning coffee, one-to-one meetings, or breakout discussions that need a little more focus away from the main group. Its proximity to the kitchen makes it a convenient spot for refreshments throughout the day.

This flexible room also doubles as a casual retreat, complete with a dartboard for those moments when the team needs a break. Whether used for a quick catch-up, an informal brainstorm, or simply a change of pace, the breakfast room provides a relaxed yet functional setting that complements the larger meeting and living spaces.
